assignment Storm PWN the Falcons

Like shooting fish in a barrel, the Storm sent 63 batters to the plate (honest, you can look it up) en route to a 29 - 2 victory over the, again, short-handed and struggling Falcons. Despite the lopsided score, the Falcons did not quit. Down 28 runs going into the bottom of the 7th, they still thought they had a shot at getting at least a tie. However, the comeback came up a little short, even though they were able to double their offensive output to that point.
In related news, Coach Cashley has assigned Chad to the Class "A" Lansing Lugnuts and acquired Richard Minott from the waiting list.
