Pictured here is the Falcons' current iron man (now at 96 straight games), when he was a one day call-up for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1983.

After being released for seemingly trying to catch a well thrown ball to home with his wrist, he reevaluated his goals and produced this lifetime achievement check list:

1. Play for the WMSPL Falcons...CHECK!

2. Become exceptionally skilled at creating comical pictures of his Falcons teammates...CHECK!

3. Determine the pressure the average male can generate with his big toe...CHECK!

4. Catch balls with the glove, not the wrist...NOPE!

5. Have a huge deck...NOPE!

When asked recently about his progress on his lifetime achievements, the Falcons back-stop was quoted as saying: "Hey, 3 for 5 ain't nuthin' to sneeze at! My only wish now is to post those kind of numbers at the plate. Oh, and I still openly wish to have a huge deck one day too!"
