On this date in history a young "The Legend Jerry Tone" represented Canada in the 1976 Olympic Demonstration Sport Men�s Synchronized Swimming. Jerry and his team-mate Fjord Aquadrop won the Gold Medal easily as no other country actually participated.

The sport was not adopted by the Olympic committee after Montreal though Jerry was a member of the short-lived semi-professional Men�s Synchronized Swimming Association.
