Friday August 11 is Falcons Alumni night! It's a little known fact, but there are over 200 currently living Falcons Alumni! Most of that number, in fact, played on the team last year.Come on out to the fields (before they close them for renovations) and tip a few with your Falcons heroes of the past. Reminisce about the time Denny, Junior, Murph and some others (pictured above) stayed at the diamond until the wee hours because someone didn't die for 12 months!

My current team high 17 game attendance streak will sadly end on August 11th...out of town for Family Softball Tourney. Will have to catch up with the vets next time.

Turns out I fractured my thumb during this game. Just got the results back from the Doc this morning, looks like I'm headed for surgery.
Maybe they shouldn't fix it, I batted .690 with the injury and hit over half my HR's with it...
