assignment Falcons outlast Rebels
Sunday 5:00PM June 13th, 2010
In a Sunday evening slugfest, the Falcons outlasted the Rebels for a 21 - 19 victory.With a short bench, coach Tennant called up young Andrew Ashbee (number 107 on our speedialer but number 1 in our hearts) as a fill in catcher, moved Mike to third (no ol�s), Bill to short and Cas to the outfield. The makeshift lineup was able to hold off the hard hitting Rebels to preserve the win.
The highlight of the night was a third inning Grand Slam by Perry, much to the delight of Cas' family.
