The Falcon bats were quiet but the defense was solid as Whitby's most beloved team defeated a much improved Bradley Motors by a score of 11 - 4.The Juice, suffering from an undisclosed injury picked up in Sunday's game challenged his fine when a runner from third failed to score on his infield dribbler. In fairness to the baserunner, after deciding which was more important (a pizza or a run) it was too late to go. The appeals committee rejected his complaint and The Juice vowed there would be pizza sauce spilled.
Highlights of the night included homeruns by Chef and Bubbah Barry and a rare Rance Mulliniks double.
In tabloid news, BooBoo brought a fan to the game, but apparently instructed her to pretend she didn't know him, then afterwards did not introduce her to the team. Kudo's to BooBoo...he is learning.
