assignment Falcons Score Big in the Heat

It was a scorcher outside and a scorcher on the diamond as the Falcons sent 52 batters to the plate and scored 22 runs on their way to beating Bradley Motors. Both teams ran with short benches for the night and the Falcons were missing their big three, Chef, Booboo and the Legend Jerry Tone as well as rookie speedster Junior Jerry.
Falcons jumped out to an early 7 run lead but the Shifters answered with a big third to tie it up. In the fourth though the Falcons shifted gear (get it!) putting 15 runs on the board in the fourth, fifth and sixth for a 22 � 11 win over Bradley.
