In the annual Alumni Classic (formerly known as Old-timer�s night) the Falcons turned in a disappointing error-prone and overall flat performance in an 18-11 loss to the Devils.

After falling short of �free beer� in their last game, Sunday night�s match saw the Falcons fall short of beer with 11 players and alumni forced to share 10 post-game pops. However it is unproven this was related to Ken and Kent disappearing, with Cas� keys, at the end of each inning.

The Falcon�s started well scoring 4 in the top of the first on the strength of a �Zed� three run shot and went into the bottom of the third with a 6-1 lead.

The Devil�s came back in the bottom of three scoring 4 runs, then with two out and no runs in the fifth, (the player formerly known as the Legend) missed an easy play at second that would have ended the inning. The Devil�s went on to score 5 unearned runs and take a 12-8 lead. The Falcons scored three in the top of the sixth but the Devils hammered out 6 more in the bottom and coasted home to an 18-11 victory (despite what they may have submitted as the official score).

Once again the Falcons were short players and needed to call up �The Doom� to augment their line-up. Surprisingly there were rumours that SLF was spotted watching the Storm play in the 8:00 game.

Cycle Watch: The last Falcon to hit for the cycle was Chef on May 19, 2010.
