The Falcons pooped the bed in a 10-run loss to a team everyone should be on the lookout for in the playoffs, Hanet Plastics.

The Falcons started the game well, scoring 3 in the top of the first, but immediately gave it up allowing Hanet to score 4 in the bottom half, and that's as close as the game would ever get.

A delicious doughnut for the Falcons in the second, then Hanet scored 3 in their half, and the rout was on.

Star players for the losing side were DK, with two doubles, Skinny Teets with 5 RBIs, and Tank who went 4-for-4 with a dinger and 4 runs scored.

Hanet scored in every inning, including 4 in the bottom of the 5th when Falcons closer Curtis' Dad came in for mop-up duty. The pitching move sent Skinny Teets to right field, where... nothing happened. Thankfully, says Teets.

Hanet is good. Scary good. Scary as a positive pregnancy test good. They, along with the Storm killing Shifters, will be the two VP division teams to be wary of come playoff weekend.

Cycle Watch: The last time a Falcon hit for the cycle was May 19, 2010. Curtis' Dad hit a triple in his first at bat, and the cycle watch was on. After grounding out, he hit a homer and a single, but the lack of someone's wristwatch prevented him from hitting the double he needed.

Game Notes: Got enough calcium in your diet? It can prevent finger injuries when attempting push-ups, apparently... The Hanet outfield was so bored, the conversation turned to dementia clinics in Norway... Was anyone paying attention to Hanet's new uniforms? Did anyone notice THEY WERE ALL DRESSED UNIFORMLY? Same jersey, same hat, same pants, same belt. They looked like a goddamn baseball team, they did. They lose a couple points for the pajama pants look, though. High cuffs rock!
