The Falcons squeaked out a 15-14 victory over Greenthumb on the back of two 3-run jacks and completed their 2015 regular season at a respectable 21-15-2.

The team ended their season with a whimper, going 2-7-1 in their last 10 games. They'll enter the playoffs as either the 4 or 5 seed, depending on what the A's do over the weekend.

Team building day is Friday, so here's hoping a round of golf and a steak dinner can correct all the in-fighting, lethargy, and general clusterf**kedness that has plagued the Falcons since the beginning of August.
