On a game day morning that saw the sign out sheet redder than a baboon's butt, the Falcons brought G3 back from assignment and called on the catching services of newlywed, Ty, from Direct in the regular season finale vs. the Rebels.

The game started with both teams posting threes and zeroes in the 1st and 2nd innings respectively. The Rebels blanked the Falcons again in the top of 3 and plated 2 runs in the bottom half of the inning to take a 5-3 lead.

In the 4th, the Falcon bats finally came alive, sending 14 batters to the plate and scoring 9. The awoken bats continued, as the guys in blue plated another 12 runs over the last 3 innings.

With Teets on the DL for sneezing, the defense was remarkably solid behind back up pitcher Poutine, as they held the rebellious team to 1 run over last 4 innings, making the final 24-6.

Inside-the-park Home Run Watch: The last time a Falcon hit an inside-the-park home run was July 23, 2012. No one came close today.

Game Notes:
Appears poor Teets was even too sore to come out and score (and I'm a poet and didn't know it)... Pou's improving performance after every sneeze on the mound has rumours swirling of a Teets trade... G3 showed (0.667 OBP, 2B, 3 RBI, 4 RS) assignments to the Pigeons work very well... Big Cat had a heavenly aura surrounding him at 1B... When SLF is MIA for games, the motivation to hit triples just isn't the same... Debates over which hobby is best, playing Pokemon Go or watching wrestling, continue... Appears Goliath aggravated an ankle injury, after sneezing in the 4th... With G3 carpooling with Dinner, G3 was up waaaaaay past his bedtime... Paying his respects to an absent Legendary catcher, Ty made a legendary catch on a foul ball near the 3B dugout fence... You alive Lonny?
